The Bingham Family Clinic

Michael McKay serves as Treasurer of The Bingham Family Clinic where he oversees the clinic’s financial stewardship to support its mission of providing free medical care to families in need. With a strong background in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, he ensures the clinic’s resources are managed responsibly and sustainably to maximize impact in the community.

Professionally, Mr. McKay is Chief Accounting Officer at Blue Diamond Capital, where he leads financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance. His career spans roles with major organizations including Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), First Solar, and Ernst & Young (EY), giving him broad expertise in corporate tax, compliance, and financial governance.

Mr. McKay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Arizona.

Outside of his professional and volunteer responsibilities, Mr. McKay enjoys spending time with his wife, Melanie, and their four children exploring the Utah outdoors.

Bonnie Jensen has joined The Bingham Family Clinic as Secretary, where she supports the board in its mission to provide free, compassionate healthcare to families in need. She brings many years of experience in office management, HR, and executive support, and is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to service.

Professionally, Bonnie serves as Executive Assistant at Blue Diamond Capital, supporting the leadership team and overseeing office administration. Earlier in her career, she built extensive expertise in administration and executive support during her many years in the yellow pages industry.

Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Bonnie and her husband, Ken, enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with their two married children.

I care deeply about ensuring families in our community have access to healthcare when they need it most. I serve with The Bingham Family Clinic because I believe in its mission of providing free, compassionate medical care to those who might otherwise go without. It is an honor to support such meaningful work.

Kirk Woodward M.D. brings a distinguished blend of clinical expertise, compassionate care, and decades of real-world experience to his work. As a dedicated medical doctor, he has served countless individuals and families with integrity, precision and heart—earning a reputation not only for his medical excellence but also for his genuine concern for the well-being of his patients.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Woodward is an advocate for education and community health. He has mentored future healthcare professionals, participated in service-driven medical initiatives, and consistently contributed to advancing healthcare delivery through thoughtful leadership and innovation.

Grounded in strong values and a lifelong commitment to learning, Dr. Woodward’s influence extends well beyond the exam room—into classrooms, boardrooms, and communities alike.

Sherilee Woodward

Sherilee is a dynamic leader, educator and entrepreneur whose life reflects a deep commitment to learning, service and community. With nearly forty years of experience spanning research, public relations, management and business ownership, Sherilee brings a wealth of practical knowledge and heartfelt insight to every endeavor. She has a bachelor’s degree from Bringham Young University-Idaho in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Child and Family.

Advocacy: Sherilee is not only a skilled communicator and strategic thinker but also a creative spirit. She is passionate about the arts, environmental stewardship and empowering others through education and mentorship. Her work, both professional and personal, is grounded in strong values, family connections and a desire to serve. She adores her family and loves being a grandmother who is affectionately called Gigi.

I am passionate about people and volunteering at the Bingham Family Clinic provides me with the privilege of serving others in a way that connects with my soul. I believe strong families are the foundation of strong communities. Through my service, I can help provide care for those without access, support healthier futures, and live out my commitment to education, compassion, and giving back. For me, it’s about creating a ripple effect, where healing today builds hope for tomorrow.
